Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your display name, email address, authentication provider, and app account identifier when you sign in. We also collect purchase and subscription status, watch progress, bookmarks, support messages, feedback details you submit, app usage events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide account access, restore purchases, stream purchased videos, sync progress and bookmarks, respond to support requests, improve app reliability, understand feature usage, and protect the service from misuse.
Third-Party Services
We share data with service providers that help run the app, including Firebase for authentication, database storage, Cloud Functions, and analytics; RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play for purchases and subscription management; Sentry for crash reporting, session replay on errors, and feedback; TelemetryDeck for product analytics; and video delivery providers for streaming access. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account, purchase, progress, bookmark, feedback, analytics, and diagnostic records only as long as needed for app operation, support, security, legal, and business purposes. You can delete your registered account from Account settings. Some purchase and subscription records are maintained by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat for billing, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal reasons.
Your Choices
You can use the app without creating a registered account, but purchases, cross-device sync, and some recovery features require account and purchase records. Contact us to request help with your data, revoke consent where applicable, or request deletion that cannot be completed in the app.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.
